Welcome to Lara’s world of miniatures!
Step into a world of tiny treasures and woodland charm in this 5-week miniature-making course at House of Toad, Glasgow with miniature maker, Lara Messer.
Over five relaxing and creative sessions, you'll learn how to build your very own autumn-themed miniature mouse house room box completely from scratch. Whether you're new to miniatures or already enjoy crafting, this course will guide you through every stage of the process, from constructing the room box to creating beautiful seasonal details and decorating your cosy mouse-sized home.
All materials are included, so you can simply come along, get creative, and enjoy learning new skills in a friendly and welcoming environment. By the end of the course, you'll have a unique handcrafted miniature to proudly display or treasure for years to come.

BLOCK 2
Building a Christmas-themed miniature mouse house
11th November
WEEK ONE - Build our foundations: wallpapering, painting and decorating
WEEK TWO - Flooring and making our tree branches
WEEK THREE - Making and decorating furniture
WEEK FOUR - Polymer clay food
WEEK FIVE - Finishing touches/ staging the scene / making miniature books

Parking is free right outside 23 Park Circus after 6pm
We provide tea and coffee and you can also BYOB (let us know)
There are about 15 steps up to House of Toad CIC which unfortunately makes it unsuitable for anyone with accessibility constraints, apologies.
