Every fee we receive is reinvested into creating subsidised creative education, workshops and community programmes for people who need them most, including young people in care, neurodiverse individuals, and those facing barriers to opportunity.

Coworking Memberships.
From £80/month - £250/month (+VAT)
As one of our members at House of Toad, you get access to all 3 coworking spaces plus all the member perks. You'll have the choice each day of working from three spaces (don't worry, you can move between them throughout the day):
1. The Grand Hall, which is a quiet, productive space where you can work in peace. No calls, no chatter, just focus.
2. The School is great for a more informal working environment. Here you can take calls have a coffee and a natter - a great collaborative workspace. There is also a bookable meeting room in The School.
3. The third space is the Garden Room. A comfortable work-space, where you can take calls.

Dedicated Desks.

The Garden Room is a coworking studio suitable for any and all remote workers. You don’t have to be “a creative” to work here!
This space has 8 desks dedicated to members who are computer or desk based. Come and visit to see if it’s suited to you or sign up below. Day Passes £30.

Artist Studios.
£300/month (+VAT)
We have 8 purpose built artist studios at HOT. Nestled on the beautiful and bright 1st floor, the studios are separated by partitions, and are open plan.
Resident artists have access to all work & socials spaces and member perks on the ground floor. There are currently 4 artist studios available.

Community Member.
FREE TO JOIN
As a community member you will become part of our network, informed first when we are hosting special events and courses. We will list you in our directory of creatives so that when collaborative opportunities arise, we know where to find you.
Community members can also book out The School, to host their own events or workshops, at a discounted rate.
We will also inform you first about all of our Workshops, Sponsorship and Employment Opportunities.
£80 + VAT • 4 days a month
Our entry level coworking membership for people who just want the occasional day out of the house. Free access to all spaces and all tea/coffee perks on the days you’re in. Plus one free drawing session a week.
£120 + VAT • 8 days a month
Level up! 2 days a week! You’re almost a full-time part-timer. Free access to all spaces and all tea/coffee perks on the days you’re in. Plus one free drawing session a week.
£160 + VAT • 12 days a month
Now you’re talking. With this tariff and above you can use The School for your own events FOC. Free access to all spaces and all tea/coffee perks on the days you’re in. Plus one free drawing session a week.
PAYG.
You can also sign up to work at House of Toad and Pay As You Go. You can buy bundles of day passes and choose to access the space at cheaper times. Head to our member dashboard to create an account and find out more here.

We have 8 artist studios on the 1st floor, each around 2.4m x 2.4m. The studios are suitable for one practitioner, or for 2 to share. Artists will have access to all coworking spaces and member perks on the ground floor. Enquire for more information.
£250 + VAT • Dedicated Desk
With this membership, you have a dedicated desk where you can leave your things, and access evenings and weekends. Please note, these spaces are limited and only available on application. For a 6 month commitment, your monthly membership fee is only £200 + VAT.

2. The School, our venue space in the back, is great for a more informal working environment. Here you can take calls have a coffee and a natter - a great collaborative workspace. There is a bookable meeting room in The School too.
3. The Garden Room is where our Dedicated Desk members work - there are often free spaces in here for flexi workers too.
