Looking for a change of scene? House of Toad could be your home from home. Tucked away in a beautiful listed townhouse in one of Glasgow’s most desirable neighborhoods, we offer more than just a desk to work from.

HOT is a place to connect with like-minded freelancers and professionals, soak up the charm of the building’s architecture, and enjoy the green spaces right on our doorstep. Whether you’re here to focus, share ideas, or just have a chat over coffee, you’ll feel right at home in our welcoming coworking community. Why not pop in and see for yourself?

Our memberships are flexible, all including use of 3 distinct spaces, never-ending tea & coffee, fast wifi, yoga, life drawing and of course, being part of our community at HOT.

    Coworking Membership.

    From £80/month - £250/month

    As one of our members at House of Toad, you get access to all 3 coworking spaces plus all the member perks. You'll have the choice each day of working from three spaces (don't worry, you can move between them throughout the day):

    1. The Grand Hall, which is a quiet, productive space where you can work in peace. No calls, no chatter, just focus.

    2. The School is great for a more informal working environment. Here you can take calls have a coffee and a natter - a great collaborative workspace. There is also a bookable meeting room in The School.

    3. The third space is the Art Room. A comfortable work-space, where you can take calls.

    The Art Room.

    The Art Room is a coworking studio which is also suitable for illustrators, artists and designers who are desk-based.

    This space has 6 desks dedicated to workers who are computer based. Come and visit to see if it’s suited to you.

    We have 8 larger artist studios becoming available in June 2025, which would be suitable for up to 3 to share. Please enquire for more details/to reserve a studio.

    As a community member you will become part of our network, informed first when we are hosting special events and courses. We will list you in our directory of creatives so that when collaborative opportunities arise, we know where to find you.

    Community members can also book out The School, to host their own events or workshops, at a discounted rate.

    We will also inform you first about all of our Workshops, Sponsorship and Employment Opportunities.

Level up! 2 days a week! You’re almost a full-time part-timer. Free access to all spaces and all tea/coffee perks on the days you’re in. 1 free yoga class & drawing session a week.

£160 • 12 days a month

Now you’re talking. With this tariff and above you can use The School for your own events FOC. Free access to all spaces and all tea/coffee perks on the days you’re in. 1 free yoga class & drawing session a week.

£300 • Artist Studio (1st Floor)

From June 2025 we will be offering artist studios on the 1st floor. There are 8 spaces in total, around 2.4m x 2.4m - The studios are suitable for one practitioner, or for 2 or 3 to share. Artists will have access to all coworking spaces and member perks on the ground floor. Enquire for more information.

£200 • Full Timer

With a full time membership, and a 6 month commitment, you have access to all our spaces, and everything we have to offer at HOT! If you would like to roll monthly, this membership costs £250/mo.

£250 • Dedicated Full Timer

With this membership, you have a dedicated desk where you can leave your things, and 24/7 access. You’ll have access to all our spaces, and everything we have to offer at HOT! Please note, these spaces are limited.
