4-week Baby Massage Course

Monday | 11:30 -12:30 | 18th, 25th August, 1st and 8th September

Suitable from birth until approx 8 months, baby massage is a gentle activity that strengthens the bond between parent and baby through touch and connection. It can help soothe colic, improve sleep patterns, support digestion, and promote relaxation for both baby and parents. During massage we sing songs and rhymes which encourages early communication, positive attachment and is very engaging for babies. It's also a wonderful opportunity for parents to build confidence in holding and handling their baby while enjoying calm, focused one-on-one time in a supportive environment.

Courses are a 4-week block of sessions where we build on what was learned the week before which means even if you miss a session we will cover what you missed the following session. Baby massage is taught on the floor for infant safety, comfortable mats are provided. You should bring along a baby blanket for your baby to lie on. Coconut oil will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own products to use on your baby's skin.

Our group baby massage sessions offer a supportive space for you and your baby. It’s also a lovely chance to meet other parents, share experiences, and build friendships during those early months of parenthood.

Baby massage is held at our beautiful Park Circus venue in Glasgow. Walking distance from Glasgow's westend, there is also ample on-street parking. * Please note that our venue is a listing building and does not have ramp access. If you are bringing a buggy please let me know in advance so we can help you lift the pram up the 5 steps at the entrance to our venue.

Cancellation policy - Full refund with up to 14 days notice given. Missed individual sessions cannot be refunded but every effort will be made to offer alternative sessions.
