Our in-person group antenatal courses are held at House of Toad. We spend half the course on preparing for birth, looking at all the forms that might take, and the other half of the course focuses on taking care of your baby and what to expect in the early days and weeks with your new baby. Gain the knowledge you need to make informed decisions for the birth of your baby and learn what you can do to make your birth a positive experience. Practice baby care (nappies, bathing etc), what to do with crying babies and find out about newborn baby sleep.

Our group courses are ideal for those with due dates in Jan/Feb 2026 and brilliant for getting to know other expectant parents and making new friends!
